Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of piping engineers, ensuring the successful execution of piping design projects from conceptual design to construction support.
- Develop and review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Perform complex hydraulic calculations and analyses to optimize piping system performance and identify potential issues.
- Oversee the selection of piping materials, valves, and other components, considering factors like pressure, temperature, corrosion resistance, and cost-effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in piping design within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries.
Demonstrated expertise in ASME B3 and other relevant industry codes and standards.
