Sr. Engineer - Plumbing Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Supervise and manage plumbing installation works including water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and related accessories

Ensure plumbing works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements

Plan daily and weekly plumbing activities and allocate manpower and resources effectively

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance and constructability

Coordinate plumbing works with mechanical (HVAC, fire fighting), electrical, civil, and architectural teams

Resolve site issues related to pipe routing, slopes, coordination, and access

Implement quality control procedures for plumbing works

Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and ensure approvals from consultants and authorities

Oversee testing activities such as pressure tests, leakage tests, and flushing

Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals

Ensure plumbing activities comply with project HSE policies and safe work practices

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with confined space and hot work requirements (where applicable)

Identify plumbing-related hazards and implement control measures

Monitor progress of plumbing works against the approved construction schedule

Identify delays or constraints and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and installation sequencing

Supervise plumbing foremen, technicians, and subcontractors

Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality standards

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Maintain records of inspections, tests, approvals, and site instructions

Support variation, claim, and final account documentation related to plumbing works
