Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company requirements. The role aims to promote safe operations, consistent product and service quality, environmental protection, and continual improvement across water treatment projects and operations. This includes, but not limited to, creating and enforcing policies, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

▪Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in Occupational Health and Safety.

▪Professional QHSE qualification from a recognized international organization of Occupational Safety and Health - IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent.

▪ISO9001 Auditor Certification

▪ Driving License is a must

Experience:


▪ 7+ years’ experience in QHSE and Occupational Safety Management in an industrial environment and water or wastewater industry.

▪ Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety.

▪ To be familiar with Abu Dhabi Emirate's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) framework, the Environmental Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) regulations, RSB, Dubai Municipality Environmental Department and DM Green Building Regulations, Dubai Civil Defense & Trakhees.
