Graduate in Civil Engineering with 12 to 18 years experience out of which minimum 10 years of GCC experience in fast-track high rise buildings working. Candidate should be technically sound enough to guide/handle the technical team on design coordination. To be capable of planning and executing the job with tight time constraints and able to lead façade package in a project from conception to completion. To be well versed in all authority related requirements in terms of UAE Fire safety guidelines and implementing the same. Should be able to come up with acceleration & delay cover up programs upon requirements. To manage material approval, technical submittals & method statements based on site specifications & industry standards. Must be able to handle multiple projects based on the organizational requirement. Candidate should have the ability to form a team of his own with available resources and train them to be efficient in their respective roles. To coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, client representatives and authorities for necessary approval, commercial issues and to ultimately maintain harmony in site throughout the project span. To involve in preconstruction engineering and to foresee potential issues and to fix them prior design & construction to avoid unforeseen delays.
