Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify technical issues and perform analysis through on-site activity.
Troubleshoot equipment/process failure and request corrective actions accordingly along with making suggestions to avoid such issues in the future.
Collaborate with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer s operations and eliminate pain points.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices, and technical procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering.
- Hands on experience in field service engineering within Panels Industry.
- Strong technical knowledge about the Panels Industry and the related products.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and service reports.
