Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations activities for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.

Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams to follow up on payroll, employee records, and HR operational requirements.

Prepare and review payroll, social insurance forms, tax declarations, and other HR documentation.

Liaise with clients and governmental authorities, including Social Insurance and ETA portals, to complete required procedures and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate payroll and employee records to ensure proper tracking and data accuracy.

Handle payroll discrepancies, client inquiries, and compliance-related matters efficiently.

Supervise and support HR Operations Assistants in daily operational tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

3 5 years of experience in HR Operations and payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, payroll, and tax regulations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll processing, reporting, and data analysis.

Hands-on experience with government portals, including ETA and Social Insurance systems.

High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and HR documentation.

Excellent communication and client management skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries professionally.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in supervising or guiding junior HR Operations team members.
