Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of crane systems, including mechanical, electrical, and structural components, to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement inspection procedures, checklists, and reporting formats specific to crane inspections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Analyze inspection findings, assess risks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and improvements to enhance crane performance and safety.

  • Oversee and coordinate crane maintenance activities, including scheduling, vendor management, and quality control, to minimize downtime and optimize crane lifespan.

  • Bachelor degree in engineering and should have experience in the inspection field with mobile crane and forklifts etc.

  • EIAC , ENAS regulation or assessment audit knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Crane Inspector (CCI) or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in crane inspection.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in crane inspection, maintenance, and/or engineering within the oil and gas, construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of various crane types (e.g., overhead, mobile, tower) and their operating principles.
