Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute communication strategies and plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage and deliver communication projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Create engaging content for multiple channels including intranet, newsletters, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Translate complex information and data into clear, accessible messaging for diverse audiences.
- Support crisis communications by drafting statements and coordinating consistent messaging.
- Track and report communication metrics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Provide communication support for business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing communication initiatives.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills across multiple formats.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Solid understanding of internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis communication principles.
- Strong analytical skills to measure communication effectiveness and drive improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to change.
Desired Candidate Profile
