Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks and responsibilities

Learning & Development Management

  • Implement L&D strategy including, Succession Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management System, Competency Management.
  • Ensure to build performance management process in order to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Partnering with HR to design, develop, and oversee the company s talent management processes to ensure that talent management is integrated throughout the company.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing leaders against the company s leadership competencies in order to identify succession potential and development needs.

Technical Development

  • Lead the Competency management strategy (Framework & System).
  • Implement Technical Development Framework.
  • Ensure the execution of technical development program is up to the standard and meeting business objectives.
  • Ensure Technical Development is integrated with other L& D solutions.
  • Advising staff with Technical Development process recommendations.
  • Ensures the Technical Development scope & processes are accurate, updated and completed on time and within budgets.
