Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Objective:
The Senior Manager – Community Management will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing a thriving community ecosystem. This role will focus on creating engaging experiences, strengthening stakeholder relationships, ensuring high service standards, and driving initiatives that enhance community satisfaction, retention, and growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills. Excellent knowledge of all regulatory compliance requirements related to OA management and budget management skills are key requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Experience
· Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaged community.
· Plan, oversee, and evaluate community programs, events, and initiatives.
· Act as a key point of contact for community members, addressing concerns and building long-term trust.
· Meet with community members and homeowners regularly to develop good relationship and understand their concerns.
· Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with residents, partners, and stakeholders.
Operations & Service Excellence
· Appoint service providers for various services through proper tendering and screening process.
· Establish appropriate SLA and KPI for each of the services and monitor them constantly.
· Oversee day-to-day community operations ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and quality service delivery.
· Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms and reporting.
· Collaborate with internal teams (facilities, marketing, customer service, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently.
Leadership & People Management
· Lead and mentor a team of community managers/executives to deliver exceptional experiences.
· Set performance goals, provide coaching, and build capabilities within the team.
· Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
Strategy & Growth
· Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs for community initiatives.
· Identify opportunities for community growth, partnerships, and value-added services.
· Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously improve engagement strategies.
Stakeholder Management
· Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
· Represent the organization at community forums, conferences, and industry events.
· Ensure alignment of community objectives with organizational strategy.
*Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, rules and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requisite Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience Requirement:
· 8–12 years of experience in community management, real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
Proven track record of managing large communities, stakeholder engagement, and driving customer satisfaction.
Skill Sets:
1. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and translate into actionable insights.
5. Familiarity with UAE/global regulatory requirements and best practices in Community Management/OA Management.
6. Strong understanding of UAE HSEQ standards, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
