Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization s ERP strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define ERP roadmaps and digital transformation plans
- Evaluate new ERP technologies and solutions to keep up to date the current landscapes
- Manage internal ERP teams, including functional and technical consultants
- Oversee external consultants and partners to ensure performance and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business units and IT
- Lead end-to-end ERP projects (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and closure)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and testing
- Supervise data migration and system conversion tasks
- Manage ERP support and maintenance (e.g., break/fix, patches, upgrades)
- Optimize licensing, infrastructure, and consulting spend
- Ensure system meets audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
- Define and enforce ERP governance standards and documentation
- Act as the point of contact for ERP-related decisions and escalations
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related.
- Master s degree is preferred with IT major
- 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation, management, or consulting
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing SAP projects or teams
- Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (Planning to go-live and support).
- SAP certification is a must, ideally in project management or architect.
- Prefer certified professional such as TOGAF, PMP or ITIL
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and infrastructure
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- In-depth knowledge of core SAP S4/HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP & EWM and Cloud solutions)
- Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, BAPIs, and middleware tools (e.g., PI/PO, SAP CPI)
- Proven experience managing full SAP implementation, rollouts, upgrades, or migration projects
- Ability to design and execute SAP strategy, innovation roadmaps, and system evolution plans
- Understanding of master data management, data quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Knowledge about technical areas such as development and administration
- Understanding of SAP security and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
- Strong knowledge about the automobile industry and processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Oversee cross-functional ERP teams, manage project delivery, and ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and enterprise needs. This includes managing ERP roadmaps, governance, solution architecture, and integration across core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Manufacturing. The role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing complex ERP programs in global or enterprise environments.
