Roles & Responsibilities
What s On Your Plate?
- Lead the development and execution of the People & Culture strategy across three key business lines: Restaurants, Quick Commerce, and Support Functions. Assess and analyze local workforce needs to design tailored, impactful people initiatives that foster a culture of growth and high-performing talent.
- Serve as a key advisor on all people-related matters, facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution. Foster an inclusive work environment by enhancing communication channels between management and employees.
- Own and execute the Manpower Plan for designated business lines, working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to address hiring needs efficiently.
- Manage the full spectrum of talabat s talent management process, including performance evaluations, promotions, compensation reviews, critical talent identification and succession planning initiatives. Drive initiatives that enhance talent development and retention.
- Drive on-ground operational excellence in People function. Ensure that all processes align with Talabat people policies and adhere to legal standards.
- Conduct consistent reviews of organizational design to ensure alignment with business growth demands. Provide expert guidance to maintain an effective organizational structure and lead Organizational Change.
- Collaborate with regional Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure the local implementation of regional initiatives. Customize regional P&C strategies to meet the specific needs of the local organization while aligning with regional objectives.
- Oversee people metrics like attrition figures, diversity ratios, promotion from within etc and partner with business leaders to build an actionable talent plan to bridge gaps.
- Develop and grow team members (4 HC) to support their career progression, ensuring continuous capability building and fostering a strong culture of promotion from within the P&C function.
Desired Candidate Profile
What did we order?
- 10+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR business partnering.
- Experience in e-commerce, Quick commerce, Fintech, FMCG and Retail is preferred.
- Previous Experience working in a Factory / Warehouse environment is a plus.
- Exposure to Talent and Reward functions is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence senior levels .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions.
