Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities For Sr. Manager:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation programs

  • Translate business strategy into actionable execution plans

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery

  • Drive change management, communication, and capability building

  • Oversee organizational design, policies, and process improvements

  • Monitor project performance, risks, and stakeholder alignment


For Sr. Consultant:

  • Conduct research, analysis, and data collection

  • Support program execution and PMO activities

  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations

  • Track risks, issues, and project progress

  • Assist in client meetings and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with project management standards


Desired Candidate Profile

Required QualificationsSr. Manager:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting

  • Experience in managing large programs or PMO functions

  • PMP certification preferred

  • MBA or Master’s degree is a plus

Sr. Consultant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting/project management


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Self-starter with strong teamwork and ownership mindset
