Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Map Adhesive products which are being sold in the market against Applications, for developing USP.
- Market mapping of the competitive Adhesive products, identification of the new product and development of the new adhesive products through R&D.
- Validate new product for Adhesive's customer through trials
- Provide technical services of Adhesive to the customers
- Demonstrate differentiation by conducting trials with futuristic and value added products
- Regular customer visits for technical discussions, to build relationship and create awareness of the product range
- Close interaction with co-suppliers for offering differentiated solutions to customers
- Rectify Adhesive technical problems in consultation with Sales and R&D within defined timelines.
- Management of Adhesive technical information in form of enquiries, product data, CAPA /RCA between Plant and Account manager
- Technical evaluation through lab and instrumental analysis
- Tracking sheet maintenance and follow upwith CFTs for smooth activity / info flow.
