Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies across retail, digital and e-commerce platforms
- Drive 360 campaign management ensuring integration between retail, CRM, social and events
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, influencer collaborations and social strategy through the team.
- Oversee CRM programs to enhance loyalty, personalization and retention
- Create and deliver impactful in-store activations, visual merchandising and event marketing campaigns
- Manage partnerships with PR agencies, influencers and media for brand visibility
- Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering collaboration and high performance
- Track, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness providing data-driven insights for improvement
- Manage budgets efficiently ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bring 8 years of progressive marketing experience within fashion or lifestyle retail. Ideally experience in a multi brand portfolio.
- Demonstrate proven success leading omnichannel campaigns across retail, digital and e-commerce
- Show strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, market trends and performance metrics
- Operate confidently with marketing analytics and CRM systems
- Lead and motivate teams with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Blend creativity with commercial acumen to deliver measurable results
