Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, manage & monitor the annual and quarterly marketing campaign calendars aligned with business priorities.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR, partnerships, sales) to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time.
Serve as the central point of contact for campaign status updates.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget in alignment with the Marketing Director.
Track campaign spending, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and providing monthly/quarterly budget reports.
Track campaign and channel performance & ROI, submit post campaign reporting & analysis with recommendations.
Align with marketing main stakeholders on their KPIs and target & develop plans that would support their performance.
Recommend budget reallocations to maximize ROI.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to align marketing plans with business goals.
Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between departments for campaign execution.
Manage approvals and ensure all stakeholders are aligned before campaign launches.
Support the development of ad-hoc marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Assist in preparing presentations, strategic proposals, and internal communication materials.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree or higher education in Marketing or any other related field
Fluent in both languages English (spoken & written)+8 years in Marketing planning, campaign management, or simulate roles within a fast paced industry (preferably in digital, e-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses).
Previous experience in project management is a plus.
Strong knowledge in marketing campaign planning and budget management & planning processes.
Proficient in using marketing planning tools, budget tracking systems, and data analysis skills.
understanding of marketing channels (digital, social and offline).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management abilities with proven experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs, measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
