Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complete MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) from project initiation to handover.
Oversee site execution, ensuring works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Review and approve MEP shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with UAE local authority requirements (DEWA, ADDC, DM, DCD, etc.).
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities related to MEP works.
Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Attend progress meetings and prepare detailed reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) .
Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
Proven experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and integrated MEP systems.
Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards and authority approvals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Preferred:
PMP certification or equivalent.
Immediate or short notice availability.
