Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify billing and invoicing for ongoing projects.
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and other estimation tools.
  • Handle post-contract estimation and cost analysis activities.
  • Prepare and submit variation claims with supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure cost control and compliance.
  • Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy in estimations.
  • Support management with financial and progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying will not be considered.
  • 10–12 years of UAE experience in estimation, billing, and post-contract activities with a contracting company.
  • Proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and variation claims.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
