Sr. Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Lead the creative process from ideation to final execution, ensuring all motion graphics deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards.
• Edit and enhance video footage, integrating motion graphics, visual effects, and sound to create engaging multimedia content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of motion graphics projects.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts to communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth within the team.
• Ensure all motion graphics assets are optimized for various digital channels, including web, social media, and presentations.
• Work with external vendors or freelancers as needed to support large-scale or specialized projects.

Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Blender , After Effects , Cinema 4D , Premiere Pro , AI Tools.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Experience working in an office-based environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in motion graphics and digital media.
