The Job Description

1. Oracle EBS Development:

• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
• Create and customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages.
• Implement and customize EBS modules as per business requirements.

2. EBS Customization and Extension:

• Utilize Approval Management Engine (AME) for complex approval workflows.
• Implement and manage Oracle Alerts for automated notifications.
• Apply personalization techniques to tailor EBS interfaces.
• Develop custom PLLs (Pluggable Logic Libraries) for extended functionality.
• Create and maintain interfaces and leverage Oracle APIs for system integrations.
• Design and implement Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) and Key Flexfields (KFF).
• Utilize Lookups, Descriptive and Document Sequences (LDT) effectively.
• Manage and customize Oracle Messages.
• Develop and troubleshoot Concurrent Programs.
• Implement and maintain Status Monitors for various processes.

3. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize custom code, forms, and reports for improved performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in EBS applications.

4. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and developments.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to team members and end-users.
  

  Requirements:
  

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development (R12.x).
• Strong expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.
• In-depth knowledge of EBS modules and their integration points.
• Experience with AME, Alerts, Personalization, Custom PLL development.
• Familiarity with Oracle Interfaces & APIs, DFF & KFF implementation.
• Understanding of LDT, Messages, Concurrent Programs, and Status Monitors.
• Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Oracle certifications related to EBS development.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and integrations.
• Knowledge of web services and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
