Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Create and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application architecture.
  • Integration: Implement integrations with external systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of application designs, code, and technical specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 3 years of experience using OutSystems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with SQL and database design.
  • Certifications: OutSystems certifications (e.g., OutSystems Associate or Professional) are preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
