Sr. Piping Designer

To provide projects with Mechanical/ piping/ Pipe line/ electrical / control and automation or civil Engineering drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements of the design quality system and meticulously ensure that these requirement are met
• Plan workload and type of work for other team memebers ( with various qualification) efficiently and ensure timely compeltion of the job
• Produce presentatble and accurate drawings, including a consistency check.
• Familiar in checking, the interface between his-own discipline and other disciplines at all stages of the design.
• Ensure that all team memebers adhere stricktly to Company safety regulations/standards.
• Understand and knowledge Shell Group DEP's and International Standards
• Full understandin of "non-standard' vendor documentation and its interface points with Company engineering documents
• Sound judgement: Throughtout the yeats various "standards" have been used in all the stations. Decisions are to be made based on acceptable quality for the custodian
• Implement Company, and where applicable, Client/Project policies and procedures.
• Undertake tasks on behalf of Lead Designer or Lead Engineers ar directed.
• Work in accordance eith relevant Codes, Standards, and Procedures.
• Check and preparation of design/engineering documentation.
• Maintain and develop current awareness of relevent engineering technology , Code and standards.
• Ensure all drawinhgs and documents are competle within the allocated hours and in accordance with the programme.
• Prepareation of detailed drawings and documetation to the requirement of the Lead Designer/Lead Engineer
• Ensure all discipline design interface are clearly defined.
