Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough inspections of piping systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective inspection plans and procedures to identify potential defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to established protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in piping technology and techniques.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards, including ASME B31.1 and API 510.
  • Proven experience in piping inspection, focusing on quality and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies, such as CAD and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Candidate must hold CSWIP 3.2 certification.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 15 years of direct experience in piping inspection, with certifications such as CSWIP 3.2.
