Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, ensuring accurate progress tracking and resource allocation for timely project delivery.
- Conduct thorough critical path analysis to identify project risks and opportunities, providing proactive solutions to mitigate delays and optimize project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather progress updates, validate data, and ensure schedule alignment with project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, including earned value analysis, variance analysis, and forecast updates, to inform stakeholders of project performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using Primavera P6 and other scheduling software, with advanced skills in resource loading and cost analysis.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of project management principles, including earned value management and risk analysis.
