Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced planning tools, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough resource allocation analysis to optimize project efficiency and mitigate risks associated with resource constraints.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of planning efforts.
- Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems to track project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience – 8 to 10 years in planning / UAE experience minimum 5 to 6 years
Engineering Degree or any equant degree qualification.
Good knowledge in project Contract Baseline Programme, Construction Programme, and tender programme (P6)
Develop resource, routinely update Project Schedules, Produce KPI’s and Sub-contractors Programme management.
Identify delays, critical paths, areas of concern and propose corrective action
Extension of Time (EoT) Claims and Contract knowledge.
