Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced planning tools, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough resource allocation analysis to optimize project efficiency and mitigate risks associated with resource constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of planning efforts.
  • Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems to track project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience – 8 to 10 years in planning / UAE experience minimum 5 to 6 years

  • Engineering Degree or any equant degree qualification.  

  • Good knowledge in project Contract Baseline Programme, Construction Programme, and tender programme (P6)

  • Develop resource, routinely update Project Schedules, Produce KPI’s and Sub-contractors Programme management.

  • Identify delays, critical paths, areas of concern and propose corrective action

  • Extension of Time (EoT) Claims and Contract knowledge.
