Prepare, coordinate and monitor all the planning services and activities, including project program, monitor work and cash flow, implement policies and procedures, review and evaluate work progress, methods, and procedures. Evaluate operations and activities of assigned planning services, recommend improvements and modifications. Analyze, develop, and present recommendations on planning, zoning, and development proposals. Monitor various daily planning reports. Prepare weekly and monthly reports showing the work done in light of money and quantities comparing with manpower work hours at all sites. Coordinate with the procurement department for the procurement requirement. Perform productivity analysis of construction operations. Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecast reports. Prepare backup and corrective action plans.  Prepare EOT for the project and participate in preparing the related cost claims Participate in closing the project's accounts with the accounting department. Assist other planning engineers as and when required Perform all other duties as assigned by the General Manager
