We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Sr Planning Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage large-scale commercial construction projects in Mogadishu, Somalia (Secure Zone). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, project management, cost control, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Experience Required

Candidates must have experience in:

• High-rise buildings (20+ floors)

• Luxury hotel projects (5-star / 4-star hotels)

• RCC structure works

• Finishing works (MEP coordination, facade, interior works)

• Basement and foundation works

• Structural and architectural works scheduling

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer to manage project scheduling, planning, monitoring, and reporting for high-rise residential/commercial towers and luxury hotel construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
