Sr. PR Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

Celebrity, Stylist, & VIP Relations

• Manage and respond to all incoming requests from celebrities, VIP clients, stylists, public figures, and media representatives.
• Meet with stylists regularly to coordinate fittings, garment selections, and red-carpet requests.
• Evaluate and prioritize red-carpet opportunities and proactively reach out to targeted celebrities and stylists.
• Collect high-quality content from celebrities and public figures after usage and ensure posting obligations are fulfilled.

Press, Media & Brand Image

• Write and distribute press releases in English, French, and Arabic for new collections, celebrity placements, and corporate announcements.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with editors, journalists, and fashion media across Paris, UAE, Lebanon, and the US.
• Oversee publishing schedules, editorial placement, and brand narratives to ensure consistent global messaging.
• Support and participate in brand photoshoots, ensuring credits, tagging, and agreed exposure requirements are met.

PR Sample & Inventory Management

• Manage the PR wardrobe/sample closet, ensuring accurate tracking of all loaned couture pieces.
• Enforce timelines for sample returns and maintain a maximum holding period.
• Prepare PR reports detailing sample usage, celebrity placements, exposure value, and media results.

Event PR & Brand Representation

• Support the planning and PR execution of events, including training, brand presentations, activations, and runway shows.
• Coordinate with ambassadors and strategic partners for exposure collaborations and PR alignment.
• Manage gifting strategies to VIPs, stylists, and public figures, ensuring curated brand visibility.

Fashion Week & Major Season Preparation

• Contribute to the PR aspects, including:
• Press invitations
• Media coordination
• Celebrity outreach & seating
• Sample preparation for showrooms and appearances
• Prepare PR briefs and press kits for the season.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of PR experience, with demonstrated success in managing PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage media outlets and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational time management and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of current industry trends and challenges.
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PR software, and tools

Languages:

Arabic, English, French is a plus.
