Sr. Process Engineer

Monitor and analyze process parameters, plant efficiency, and equipment performance; recommend corrective actions to optimize reliability, productivity, and emissions.

• Troubleshoot operational problems, support startups/shutdowns, and provide expert guidance to Operations to prevent incidents or downtime.
• Lead process safety activities, including risk assessments, root cause analyses, and PHAs, ensuring timely and effective preventive actions.
• Prepare and deliver MOC packages, including BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, design basis documents, relief sizing, and process equipment specifications.
• Develop and maintain process simulation models (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen EDR, PRO/II, or equivalent) to support troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and optimization.
• Manage catalyst lifecycle (planning, monitoring, loading/unloading, budgeting, and disposal) and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Apply API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, NFPA, and other international standards in design, troubleshooting, and operational recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers, deliver technical training, and support cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.
