Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles:-
Execute Discipline front end and detailed design input to engineering project. Execute technical support studies. Provide engineering supoprt to the construst/ commissioning phases as ncecessary.
Responsibilities:-
I. Provide engineering input during all design phases, including interpretation and challenge of standards.
II. Actively communicate with other disciplines to optimise areas of interface, during the design development, review and check processes.
III. Support design/ drawing office personnel with specialist engineering input.
IV. Prepare requisitions and technical evaluation of bids for discipline material and equipment procurement. Ensure equipment vendors provide timely and quality input into design packages. Review all third-party discipline design work.
V. Ensure design packages meet the relevant safety, environmental and ergonomic standards.
VI. Understand the contract quality management system and ensure this requirement are met.
VII. Participate in and sometimes leave, discipline design reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: /p>
Degree in Chemical Engineering, 12 Year plus expereince of which 4 years upstream. br> /p>
Essential Expereince :-/p>
- Experiece in Conceptual , front end and detailed design required min 10 years expereince in engineering design company
- Fully understand and conversant in standard international standards//
- Can carry out process simulations and optimization studies for Projects, Prepare PFS, H&M balances and equiptment sizing
- Can support ad-hoc technical studies as requested.br>Experience in filed construction and commissioning is added value br> /li>
