Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic sourcing process by identifying and engaging suppliers that align with project specifications and budget constraints.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to evaluate trends, pricing, and supplier performance, ensuring optimal procurement decisions.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, securing favorable agreements that protect the company's interests and reduce risk.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Procurement, ideally within the construction/ Contracting Companies.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) to demonstrate expertise.

  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships with a track record of achieving cost savings.
