As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and user-centric products that align with the company's vision and goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to transform user requirements into engaging and functional design solutions. The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in driving design direction, maintaining a cohesive design language, and ensuring every touchpoint offers a seamless user experience. Your expertise in design systems, UX/UI principles, and prototyping will be crucial in crafting visually stunning and intuitive interfaces that satisfy user needs and business objectives.

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation for various digital products.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design requirements and project timelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and respond to user feedback promptly.
• Advocate for user experience best practices within the organization and contribute to design discussions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design techniques and career development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant design advancements into projects.
• Work closely with product management to prioritize design tasks and align with product roadmaps.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all design initiatives and digital touchpoints.

• Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices, including responsive design.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
