Role & responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of large-scale building construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality standards. The role demands strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders across high-value projects.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use building projects
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management

• Oversee contract administration, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
• Evaluate contractor performance and manage subcontractor agreements
