Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, operations, and security stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment
Translate business requirements into structured project plans, deliverables, and execution roadmaps
Support business process discussions and mapping (As-Is / To-Be), ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices in HR and Finance domains
Work on projects involving ERP platforms, with understanding of standard processes such as payroll, budgeting, financial controls, and employee lifecycle management
Ensure that proposed solutions and processes align with recognized practices such as IFRS and standard HR operating models where applicable
Support delivery of shared platforms across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and alignment
Ensure alignment with Sharjah data governance, security policies, and enterprise architecture standards
Manage vendors and implementation partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to scope
Ensure successful rollout, handover, and adoption of delivered solutions
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation for management and stakeholders
