Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all quality control aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of project activities, materials, and workmanship, with a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of QC inspectors, providing technical guidance and training to ensure consistent quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality control within the construction or engineering industries.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM).
