Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, execute, and monitor organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions to support recruitment and OD activities.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring and OD strategies.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at improving workforce capabilities and organizational culture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, best practices in recruitment, and OD methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment and OD processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and organizational development, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing OD initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
