Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design, execute, and monitor organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions to support recruitment and OD activities.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring and OD strategies.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at improving workforce capabilities and organizational culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, best practices in recruitment, and OD methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment and OD processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and organizational development, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing OD initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
