Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through databases, job portals, and professional networks.
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand project requirements and staffing needs.
Schedule and organize technical and client interviews.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support mobilization processes including documentation and onboarding requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future project needs.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, or project management sectors.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
Good Understanding of construction roles/ requirements.
