THE JOURNEY

As a Q-commerce Retail Account Manager, you'll own key retail partnerships across specialized categories like Electronics, Beauty, Parapharmacies, Toys, Pets, and Vapes. Your role is both strategic and commercial you ll drive growth, boost sales, and build long-term partner success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Identify, onboard, and launch new retail vendors across multiple verticals.

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure optimal performance.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, category development, and promotional campaigns.

  • Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and performance gaps, and take action to optimize partner success.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute joint business plans.

  • Monitor key commercial KPIs including GMV, order volume, retention, and margins and ensure alignment with targets.

  • Develop and negotiate commercial terms, including commission structures and marketing agreements.

  • Seek out and unlock upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing, assortment, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 3 years in account management, category management, business development, or sales, ideally in e-commerce or retail.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and deliver against revenue targets.

  • Retail/Vertical Knowledge: Familiarity with categories like Electronics, Beauty, Pets, or similar sectors.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and analytics platforms to inform strategy.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

  • Tech Fluency: Comfortable using digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and performance dashboards.

  • Results-Oriented: Focused on driving measurable outcomes with a strong bias for action.
