Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will work closely with IT leadership and be involved in ongoing CRM and ERP transformation programmes.

  • Act as the primary interface between retail business teams and IT
  • Own prioritisation across CRM, loyalty, BI, and customer systems initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear, deliverable workstreams
  • Oversee execution through internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure initiatives are sequenced realistically and followed through
  • Support change management and adoption across retail platforms

Desired Candidate Profile

This role will suit someone with experience in retail, consumer, or hospitality environments who understands customer facing business systems.You will bring:

  • Strong exposure to CRM platforms
  • An understanding of customer data, loyalty, and clienteling concepts
  • Experience operating in senior, tech business facing roles
  • Confidence managing complex stakeholder environments
  • A structured, delivery focused mindset
  • Hands on technical delivery is not required, but a solid systems background is essential.
