Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Approach potential customers and promote the company's logistics services (Air Freight)
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers for future business opportunities
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service execution

Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM
Prepare sales reports and update lead status regularly
Support quotation preparation and follow-up with customers
Assist in cross-selling and up-selling logistics services
Maintain regular follow-up with clients for business conversion
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Air Freight / Logistics sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic CRM knowledge (lead tracking and reporting)

Qualification:

Graduation in any stream (Business/Logistics preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding sales
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition is mandatory
Proven ability to meet sales targets will be an added advantage

Good to Have:

UAE market exposure (preferred)
Existing client contacts/leads in logistics industry
Knowledge of Air Freight processes
