Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing new Key Accounts & managing the same.
  • Pursue Active Sales by interacting with Consultants, Contractors & Clients
  • Analyzing RFQs, technical specification, contract documents, preparation of bid compliance, Equipment selections, Load calculations, techno - commercial proposals, Scrutiny and review of Contracts/Tenders/Enquiry/Offer.
  • Carrying out Negotiations & Finalization of order.
  • Giving application & installation advice to customers, and after sales support involving co-ordination with the service team.
  • Ensure timely collection of advance payments.
  • Actively work towards Target Achievement in terms of Order booking, Client retention, Client Satisfaction, adding new clients to the portfolio etc. as defined by the Management.
  • Liaison & coordination with overseas principals
  • Achieving the targets on a consistent basis.
  • Sales forecasting & inventory management
  • Reporting & MIS, implementing all guidelines received from the Management time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate Mechanical Engineers with 8+ years hands-on experience in sales of HVAC projects Sales for various segments like industrial projects, commercial establishments, hotels, hospitals, Malls, etc.
  • Candidates should have technical knowledge of various HVAC systems (CHW systems, DX Systems, VRF, Packaged Acs, Low side works, HVAC controls etc.) and their applications.
  • Candidates should also possess the experience and ability to manage all aspects of sales including Customer/Principal relations.
