Job Title: SAP Ariba Architect
Location: Sohar, Oman
Job Overview: The SAP Ariba Architect will be responsible for understanding business
requirements, Architect/design and implement the solution in SAP Ariba. This role requires
hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules mainly in Commerce Automation & Buying with
SAP MM and FI integration.
Key Expectations and Responsibilities:

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba module implementations
and integrations .
Projects: Proven experience in at least two end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation
projects in E-commerce automation and Buying.
Expertise: Hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, Buying & E-
commerce Automation and managing enhancements required to meet business needs.
Solid functional knowledge of Supply chain , Materials Management and fair
understanding about Finance process.


Project Leadership: The Consultant is expected to Architect, Review and Lead end-to-
end SAP Ariba project. He/she is expected to represent Business & internal IT and make
sure right solution is implemented.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand
their needs and translate them into eective SAP Ariba solutions. Need to Coordinate
with implementation team and report the Risks/progress on timely manner .


Design and Implement Solutions: The consultant is expected to Architect and Develop
SAP Ariba solutions to optimize procurement processes ensuring alignment with
business requirements and best practices.


Integration: Congure SAP Ariba to integrate with SAP Materials Management (MM) ,
SAP FI and other ERP systems, ensuring seamless data ow and process integration.
Customer Requirements: Dene customer requirements, objectives, and business
goals to implement tailored SAP Ariba solutions. Strong understanding of procurement
processes, commerce automation, and Ariba Network.


Master Data Integration: Optimize master data integration between backend SAP
System and Ariba.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are
procient in using SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.


Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
including Business Requirement Workbooks (BRW), Training Manuals, integration
trackers, and SOP.
SAP Ariba Certification is highly preferred.
