Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Location - onsite, Oman
Duration - 6 months initially + extended .
Core Skill SAP HCM Architect with Solid work experience in ECC Payroll, Time Management, Compensation management, and experience in SF Employee Central, Onboarding and PMGM.
Lead and manage all phases of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, system integration, and postgolive support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into effective SAP HCM and SuccessFactors system solutions.
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (including Payroll, Organizational Management, and Time Management) and Experience in handling SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Goal Management, and Learning Management System) to align with business processes and industry best practices.
Demonstrate the capability to understand Sohar Aluminium business processes, compare them with SAP best practices, identify process gaps , propose solutions and recommend potential automation opportunities.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions, develop detailed training materials, and ensure effective user adoption and proficiency across all supported modules.
Provide production support by conducting system analysis, resolving system issues, addressing user queries, and recommending continuous process improvements.
Offer expert guidance on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to support ongoing improvement and innovation.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and knowledgesharing sessions to educate business owners on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors features, capabilities, and bestpractice usage.
Collaborate closely with other SAP functional teams (e.g., FI, CO) and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems.
Experience in managing data flows between onpremise SAP HCM (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and cloudbased SuccessFactors environments using integration tools such as Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Business Integration Builder (BIB).
Possess extensive experience in managing authorizations and security within SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) and SuccessFactors.
SAP certifications in ECC/S/4HANA Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and leading SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, with substantial exposure to S/4HANA.
