Join our team as a Senior Software Developer with a focus on ERP Next and the Frappe framework. We are looking for a skilled individual with a strong background in designing, developing, and customizing ERP Next solutions for various business needs. The ideal candidate will excel in building and integrating modules within the Frappe ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and customization of ERP Next solutions to align with business requirements.
- Develop custom Frappe applications and modules, ensuring robust architectures.
- Integrate ERP Next with third-party applications using REST APIs and other interfaces.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver well-designed technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, uphold code quality standards, and conduct code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in ERP Next/Frappe applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 4 years in ERP Next and Frappe framework projects.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and RESTful API development.
- Strong grasp of web technologies: HTML, CSS, Git, and Linux.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex ERPNext implementations and custom module development.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage project timelines.
- Sound understanding of business processes and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, asset management, or IoT integrations.
- Frappe Framework Certification is a bonus.
