Roles & Responsibilities
About this Role
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases aligned with user stories and technical acceptance criteria
- Validate solutions using both manual and automated testing approaches
- Identify, record, track, and monitor defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Debug test issues and collaborate closely with software engineering teams to support resolution
- Track and report quality assurance metrics such as defect density and early life incidents
- Design and execute system integration and acceptance tests
- Apply foundational automation testing practices using tools such as Selenium and Appium

Desired Candidate Profile
You bring 3 7 years of experience in software testing within structured delivery environments
- You demonstrate strong knowledge of test management tools, including HP ALM
- You are certified at ISTQB Foundation level
- You have hands on exposure to automation testing frameworks and low code development concepts
- You communicate effectively and collaborate confidently with technical and non technical stakeholders
- You show continuous curiosity and commitment to learning and development
- You are fluent in English and professionally proficient in German (minimum B2 level)
