Reporting into logistics, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring full compliance with talabat s operational and contractual standards.

• Drive partner performance across Bahrain by aligning 3PL operations with company goals and ensuring consistent rider recruitment, management, and service quality.

• Act as the main liaison between logistics, legal, compliance, product, and data teams for all fleet partner matters.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, supported by dashboards and data analysis.

• Perform monthly payroll calculations and validations for riders under 3PL partners.

• Evaluate partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee the offboarding of underperforming partners when necessary.

• Enhance partners operational capabilities through structured communication and training to ensure a clear understanding of company standards and performance expectations.

• Manage short-term operational requests and ad-hoc data analyses to support decision-making.

• Perform other projects or responsibilities assigned by the manager to support departmental and organizational goals.
