Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Track and monitor strategic and operational projects across the Operations Division to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Track and monitor strategic and operational projects across the Operations Division to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive reporting tools to provide clear visibility on project progress and performance.
- Coordinate with project owners and stakeholders across departments to monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure governance standards and project reporting frameworks are consistently applied across operational initiatives.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations, project updates, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
- Assist in translating strategic objectives into structured project plans and operational action items.
- Monitor operational readiness across assets, including tenant fit-out progress and operational dependencies.
- Facilitate coordination between Leasing, Property Management, Fit-Out, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities.
- Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and operational reporting materials to support transparency and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement of project tracking methodologies, reporting processes, and governance frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, PMO functions, or operational project management.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or retail operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management principles including governance, project tracking, risk monitoring, and reporting frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including preparation of dashboards and executive reports.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
