SR. SPECIALIST, PROCESSES & CONTROLS

Support the Head of Processes & Controls in leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Directorate's Quality Management System (QMS), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks. Provide expertise in system development, implementation, advisory support, reporting, and maintenance in alignment with corporate policies, certified international standards, and industry best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

• Over 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of international standards including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 31000 (Risk Management), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), particularly within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and sustain effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and digital literacy.
• Highly self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English, with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business-related discipline from an accredited university. Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
