Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Strategy
- Support definition of cybersecurity product strategy and roadmap in coordination with the Cybersecurity advisor and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging technologies and opportunities.
- Lead preparation of product business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and service delivery teams to define product features, SLAs, and commercial positioning.
- Maintain detailed product documentation including datasheets, pricing sheets, and service catalogs.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product lifecycle from concept to retirement, ensuring relevance and profitability.
- Track adoption, usage, and renewal metrics for cybersecurity products.
- Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews and recommend optimization or bundling strategies.
- Manage version updates and release notes for internal and customer-facing teams.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Support
- Support development of go-to-market plans for cybersecurity services in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Assist in proposal creation, RFP responses, and customer presentations.
- Develop and maintain standard commercial documents such as pricing frameworks, solution briefs, and case studies.
- Coordinate enablement sessions to educate account managers and presales teams on new products and features.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions for potential inclusion in the cybersecurity product portfolio.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key product metrics including revenue growth, gross margin, pipeline contribution, and client feedback.
- Produce periodic reports on product performance, pricing competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Power BI and analytics tools for product performance dashboards.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify and recommend emerging cybersecurity technologies to enhance Otech s service portfolio.
- Participate in ideation sessions and pilots for new cybersecurity products.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics.

Senior Specialist, Product Management is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Otech s cybersecurity product and service portfolio. This role focuses on defining product strategy, market positioning, pricing models, and lifecycle management across cybersecurity solutions such as SOC, GRC, and managed security services. The incumbent ensures that Otech s cybersecurity offerings remain competitive, aligned with customer needs, and integrated into the organization s go-to-market strategy./p>
